The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I also liked the fact that the hotel was located near a large market and was a short distance from the main plaza. I appreciated having air conditioning in the room, which was quite helpful during the hot weather.

The Wi-Fi was not working properly and I was unable to use it. there was no hot water which was a disappointment.

This hotel in Iquitos surpassed my expectations in many ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay a delightful experience. Secondly, the rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location in the center was perfect, as it allowed for easy access to the main plaza and other attractions.

Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints at all.

Despite the great size of the rooms and their huge comfortable bed, the lack of hot water and Wi-Fi proved to be a serious problem. Sadly, this meant the spa tub was ultimately unusable. However, the location was perfect for exploring the large markets just around the corner from the hotel and the proximity to the main plaza made getting around town easy. having air conditioning was a blessing in the hot and humid climate of the area.
